Not to bring or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Not to permit gambling on the premises.
To clean the premises & place all refuse in containers.
To reimburse the Village of Utica for any damages to premises, building, and/or equipment.
To use only the designated building, kitchen facilities, & restroom(s).
To accept the premises in its present condition & return it in like condition.
To vacate the premises at the scheduled times.
No personal property shall be on the premises other than during the rental period.
Not to attach posters or signs to premises.
To return all property to the designated areas.
Do not use nails, tacks, or tape on the shelter house.
It is your responsibility to post that the shelter house is reserved.
The restroom keys can be picked up prior to the date of the event during Village Hall business hours (Mon-Fri 8-4). Immediatley following your event, keys are to be dropped in the secured drop box located by the Police Department at Village Hall.
