National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. Locally, the event typically features free food, music, games, therapy K9s, touch-a-truck experience and officer meet and greet. An epic water balloon fight between cops and kids takes place at the end of the event.

| PARKS & RECREATION SHELTER HOUSE USAGE AGREEMENT FORM Rental Hours are 9am - Dusk Reminder: Reservation is not guaranteed until you are contacted by the Village of Utica office. Not to permit gambling on the premises. To clean the premises & place all refuse in containers. To reimburse the Village of Utica for any damages to premises, building, and/or equipment. To use only the designated building, kitchen facilities, & restroom(s). To accept the premises in its present condition & return it in like condition. To vacate the premises at the scheduled times. No personal property shall be on the premises other than during the rental period. Not to attach posters or signs to premises. To return all property to the designated areas. Do not use nails, tacks, or tape on the shelter house. It is your responsibility to post that the shelter house is reserved. The restroom keys can be picked up prior to the date of the event during Village Hall business hours (Mon-Fri 8-4). Immediatley following your event, keys are to be dropped in the secured drop box located by the Police Department at Village Hall. I have read, understand, & agree to abide by the terms of the above agreement. I agree to defend, indemnify & hold harmless the Village of Utica for any & all claims, demands, suits, losses, including all costs connected therewith, arising out of damages caused in whole or in part by use of this facility.
